"Mhhhuuugh!" a man rolled off his bed onto the hardwood floor. His alarm clock was echoing in the empty room. A rough slam on the top of the clock set it back into the never ending crevasse between his bedside table and the wall. He walked only half clad into his kitchen. His short brown hair stood up in odd directions as he read a note out loud to himself. "Cleaners, Uncle Matt's party… work at 7:30—remember." His shoulders slumped at the thought of going into work early. He yawned and walked on to get finished with his early routine. After a quick shower, shave and energy drink he was shoving on a coat and fighting his way to the elevator.
